Started on 18th January, 1990, Stagefright are non-profit making and hope through drama, music and dance to help young people build confidence, whilst having fun and making new friends.

Stagefright has two groups, primary school age who meet on a Saturday morning, and the over 11’s who meet on a Monday evening, through these weekly sessions we have produced 68 productions during the past 27 years!

This year the shows were  “Awaiting Patients” an American comedy with the older group, and “Hansel and Gretel” the musical, with the younger ones.  Next year, we would like to do “Shake, Ripple and Roll” a rockin’ good story with music  and dance  for the older members. For the younger group,  we’ve chosen  “Grease” – the under 10’s  version, great music and fun for all!

Know someone who would like to join us?
